Why I Created Elevate
Over 7+ years working with thousands of high-level tactical athletes and weekend warriors, I’ve noticed that the majority of athletes face the same struggles: confusion around overall nutrition, fatigue (or maybe even burnout), intermittent gut issues and frustration with slow training progress.
