You Will Learn

Module 1: The Foundations
Runners will gain a comprehensive understanding of the basic principles of sports nutrition, focusing on how it impacts performance and recovery

Module 2: Hydration
Runners will learn how to effectively monitor and manage hydration and electrolyte needs before, during, and after runs to optimize performance and prevent dehydration

Module 3: Pre/Post Run Fueling
This module focuses on the importance of fueling your body correctly before and after runs to maximize performance and recovery; to include the best foods and timing strategies to enhance energy levels and muscle repair.

Module 4: Fueling Your Long Runs
Long runs require a unique fueling strategy. In this module, runners will learn how to maintain energy levels and prevent fatigue during longer training sessions or races, including tips on mid-run nutrition and hydration.

Module 5: Addressing GI Concerns
Runners often face gastrointestinal (GI) issues during training. This module will provide strategies to minimize common GI problems associated with running, helping you to train more comfortably and effectively.

Module 6: Race Day Fueling
The final module is dedicated to preparing runners for race day success. You'll learn how to tailor your nutrition in the days leading up to, during, and after the race to ensure peak performance and rapid recovery.

*Every module comes pre-recorded with additional resources, complemented by a live Q&A session midway through the course and another at the end. All live sessions will be recorded and accessible for replay in the course portal, ensuring you can revisit the material anytime.
